Learn, respect, enjoy and achieve together
We pride ourselves on being a friendly, successful place of learning where we work together on the journey to excellence. Our school offers a wide range of experiences for all pupils.
We hope you find our website interesting and informative, giving you an example of what learners experience at North Muirton.
We would like to wish a warm welcome to all our new Primary 1s starting with us this year.
Primary 3 and Primary 3/4 went to visit the Wallace Monument as part of their 'Scotland the Brave' topic. It was a beautiful day and the views from the top were amazing, we could even see where the Battle of Stirling Bridge would have taken place. We also got to see William Wallace's real sword!
The Primary 7s enjoyed their stay at Dalguise in April. They got to experience Canoeing, abseiling, orienteering, archery and zip lining.
Congratulations to all our wonderful finalists in our Talent Show. Everyone did an amazing performance and made it a very difficult decision for the judged to make. Congratulations to Ryan, Marcus, Connor, Robyn and Kahyla - Rag & Bones - who claimed first Place!
Cocoon have been busy making and selling pancakes this term (March 2017).
Starburst, Cocoon and P1 - 3 all enjoyed their Christmas Party last week. We played pass the parcel, corners and musical statues then all welcomed Santa to North Muirton by singing Jingle Bells. P4 - 7 also celebrated the festive season last week at their school Disco.
Primary 6 & 7 put on an amazing show that showcased all their learning about The Titanic. Well done to everyone for an excellent performance!
Primary 3 helped organise a collection of donations to the Perthshire Abandoned Dogs Society (PADS). Here is Harry and Eddie (previous residents of PADS) collecting all the items.
Well done to the children (pictured) who entered the Halloween Competition to design a pumpkin at the Co-op. Erin and Leah were our winners and got their design carved into a pumpkin and displayed in the shop.
Please ensure you are parked in a designated space if you use our car park. Do not double park in front of other cars as this blocks off the entrance for emergency services. Please note there is plenty of parking in the bus terminus on Argyll Road.
Thank you for keeping our school safe.
